Contemporary

Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
Contemporary dance stresses versatility and improvisation while striving to connect the mind and body through dance.  Since contemporary is based off of other styles of dance, students are required to be registered in a ballet or jazz class in addition to contemporary classes.
